Racer Development Education Foundation is a a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the growth and development of young BMX, Mountain Bike and recreational riders seeking fun and exercise. As a tax-exempt organization, we rely on membership, the generosity of individuals, and sponsors to support our work and make a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.
Our Board of Directors, Jimmy Phillips-President, Traci Di Pinto-Secretary, and Denise Phillips-Treasurer, are focused on success in all areas: organizationally, athletically and in character, culture and mission.
Joining our efforts as a team member will bring you something greater than a local club experience as it allows you access to partner sponsor discounts, pit support at select races and connections to riders of all abilities across the nation and in Canada.
As a 501(c)(3) organization, we have been granted tax-exempt status by the IRS, allowing us to receive tax-deductible donations. This status also allows us to seek out public and private grants. We encourage all of our team members and families to help us identify additional opportunities to grow our reach through sponsorships and donations.

Mission
The mission of the RDEF (title sponsor SE Bikes) is to promote the SE Bikes brand and the BMX industry through BMX competition by fielding a racing team to compete at the Local, State, Regional and National level.
Vision
The RDEF (title sponsor SE Bikes) is committed to the growth of BMX through a developmental program (pipeline) that supports diverse athletes racing at all ages and levels.
